Our benefits include 4 paid personal holidays and up to 8 paid school holidays each year.  One week paid vacation is earned after 1 year of employment and 2 weeks after 2 years.  Our teachers receive an annually increasing contract signing bonus as well as a holiday bonus.  We offer health and vision benefits and Directors can participate in our 401K program.
